The objective of this first phase is to give you the elements to make a conscious decision by carefully verifying the presence of the economic conditions necessary for the success of the project through inspection, processing of the potential user pool and competition for SPA services on the basis of which elaborate hypothesis of a tailor-made SPA concept, plus analysis of costs and revenues.

PHASE 2:

Development of SPA Concept

The objective of this second phase is the definition of an executive SPA project able to guarantee the achievement of the investment objectives. On the basis of the chosen SPA Concept, we proceed with the definition of the elements to develop the preliminary architectural layout, and then finalize the executive project – 100% optimized – thanks to the close collaboration with your team of architects and designers.

SPA Business Plan

At this point, it becomes crucial to describe the entrepreneurial idea that will have to structure the project with a detailed business plan, including the analysis of perspectives, costs, revenues, risks and potential.
